AFLIK, the American Friends of Learners in Kenya, supports the Rossholme Education Centre which was started in 2016 by our friend Joyce Aruga. Located in the Kiambiu slum of Nairobi, the school provides preschool through grade six education and porridge and lunch for over 500 children. The Uzima Fund in partnership with the St. John Bosco Educational Trust promotes the education of 50 disadvantaged children and youth with scholarships for them to attend primary and secondary schools. |
